RCSA is open to any students residing in Florida who submit a timely application. An application can be through Web-only. A confirmation email will be received once an application is successfully submitted.  If a confirmation email is not received, RCSA does NOT have an application on file, your student will NOT be in the lottery, nor will they be added to the waitlist.  ALL communication regarding enrollment will only be provided through email.  The school will admit students of any race, color, national origin, religion, or gender. The school will have an enrollment period. All applicants who applied by the deadline will have an equal opportunity in the drawing during the lottery process. Applications for the 202-202 school year are accepted from October 15, 2026 through January 31, 2027 to be eligible for the lottery. All applications must be received by no later than January 31, 2027, at 4:00 pm, to be eligible for the 2027-2028 lottery.  A lottery will only be held on February 12, 2027 at RCSA Intracoastal at 2002 San Pablo Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32224 at 4:30 pm. 

If selected, you will be notified by email and will have two weeks to attend a mandatory New Student Parent Information Session. Attendance is required before a seat can be officially offered.

After attending the session, you will have one week to accept your seat and complete the enrollment packet at the school.

If you are not selected, you will be placed on a waiting list in the order you were drawn and contacted if a seat becomes available.
